"You have cancer" is the only good medical advice one on the Internet can give to someone seeking medical opinions. It's mainly an abrasive way of saying, "Go to a doctor instead of asking people who have no idea what's wrong with you." It is often used by Gharbad, though GreatJT makes a habit of spoofing it by using it in variations.

It originated from Penny Arcade, in the comic Tycho MD. Gabe drinks too much pop and gets sick. Tycho diagnoses him with cancer. From there, Gharbad and Inferno brought it to ClanBOB.
