Perhaps a bit misleading, as this somewhat-friendly greeting may hide some members' distaste for newbies. ClanBOB is very reluctant to let any newb waltz in and cry for attention, and fresh meats have to prove themselves capable of intelligence before being accepted. New members are promptly instructed to either mop (and like it) or take a hike.
