TWC stands for TopWebComics. It was a website that held a large list of webcomics; people could vote on which they liked and this would be reflected on the list.

TWC also provided discussion forums for webcomics -- ClanBOB had its third located there. Many of the current BOBs first joined ClanBOB during this time (also the period ClanBOB had ads running on Penny Arcade).

Ultimately, dissatisfaction with management of the TWC site led the BOBs on an exodus, back to EZBoard.
